Sunkvežimio kabina yra itin svarbus šios transporto priemonės komponentas. Siūlome susipažinti su viena iš didžiausių sunkvežimių kabinų gamyklų Europoje, kuri gamina „Renault“, „Volvo“ ir „DAF“ kabinas, bei pamatyti gamybos procesą.

Prancūzijos Blainvilio mieste įsikūrusi gamykla užima didžiulę teritoriją. Čia dirba apie 2 100 darbuotojų. Didesnioji gamyklos dalis skirta kabinų surinkimui. Čia taip pat gaminami ir „Renault Midlum“ modeliai.

Kabinas surinkinėja 1 350 darbininkų. Jiems padeda 150 robotų. Per 2012 m. čia buvo pagaminta 51 tūkst. kabinų. Maksimalus pajėgumas siekia 90 tūkst. kabinų per metus.

Surinkimo principas gana paprastas. Gamybos linija prasideda nuo kėbulo formavimo ir baigiasi visišku kabinos surinkimu. Surinkimo metu į pagrindinę liniją tiekiami įvairūs komponentai, kurie čia pat ir sumontuojami. Didžiąją dalį darbų atlieka robotai. Darbininkai tik vertina jų darbo kokybę ir atlieka paskutiniuosius užbaigimo darbus.

Lietuviai jau pripranta prie asmeninių elektromobilių, tačiau mūsų šalies gatvėse išvysti elektrinį sunkvežimį – vis dar retenybė. Vis dėlto tokia padėtis greitai keisis – savo akis ir ausis prie itin tylaus ir visiškai netaršaus sunkvežimio pratins kauniečiai ir miesto svečiai. Čia veikianti logistikos bendrovė pirmoji Lietuvoje nusipirko elektrinį sunkvežimį „Scania“.

SVARBU! Apie antrosios kartos išmaniųjų tachografų įrengimo reikalavimą (PAPILDYTA APIE AETR)

Rugpjūčio 21 d. įsigalioja dar 2021 m. liepos 16 d. priimtas Europos Komisijos įgyvendinimo reglamentas, kuriuo iš dalies keičiamos nuostatos dėl išmaniųjų tachografų ir jų komponentų konstrukcijos, bandymo, įrengimo, naudojimo ir remonto reikalavimų. Visose naujose, pirmą kartą Europos Sąjungoje registruojamose krovininėse transporto priemonėse, sveriančiose daugiau kaip 3,5 t, ir autobusuose turės būti sumontuoti antrosios kartos išmanieji tachografai.
