Немалое влияние на них оказало то, что значительно уменьшилось количество строительных, инфраструктурных, промышленных объектов. Хотя перевозчики и получают больше запросов на логистические услуги, увеличения осеннего грузопотока нет. Проводится большое количество подсчётов для перевозок негабаритных грузов, однако, на самом деле производится лишь 10-20% таких перевозок. Увы, большая часть проектов так и остаётся на бумаге.
