Vilkikuose įkalinti vairuotojai, laukdami kol pajudės eilė, skaito knygas, žaidžia šachmatais, klausosi muzikos ir tikisi, kad pavyks dar šiandien pražaviuoti per sieną.
Kalbintas vairuotojas Julius sako, kad eilėje laukiantis jau tris paras. "Viliuosi, kad šiandien pavyks kirsti sieną", – sako vyras. Anot jo, eilė šiandien (antradienį) jau juda greičiau nei vakar.
Antradienio rytą Pasienio kontrolės punktų direkcija skelbė, kad eilėje laukė 120 automobilių. Iki pietų sienąpavyko kirsti maždaug 20 automobilių.
Lietuvių kroviniai jau stringa ir Rusijos pasienyje. Dėl trišalių leidimų neturėjimo, jie grąžinami iš Terechovo ir Sebežo pasienio punktų.
Pasak vežėjų, šios savaitės pradžioje Latvijos–Rusijos pasienyje Sebežo ir Pytalovo punktuose, vežant į Rusiją Europos Sąjungoje ar kitose šalyse pagamintas ir Lietuvos terminaluose pakrautas prekes su dvišaliais leidimais, Rusijos transportininkai reikalauja trišalių leidimų, nepaisant to, kad TIR CARNET ir CMR įforminami pagal visas taisykles. Kaip teigiama, viską nulemia Invoice nurodytas siuntėjo adresas. Šis reikalavimas taikomas vežant ne tik pilnus, bet ir rinktinius krovinius.
