После закрытия пропускного пункта Мядининкай на реконструкцию тягачи пытаются попасть в Беларусь через Лаворишкес. В многокилометровых очередях водители вынуждены стоять от 1,5 до 2 дней.

Очередь начинается от городка Уосининкай. Слабада и Лаворишкес заполнены до отказа, люди жалуются, что ночью невозможно спать, а водители злятся, что даже после увеличения количества работников смены очереди не сдвинулись с места.

Очередей удаётся избежать только перевозчикам рефрижераторами. „Ждём полицейского сопровождения и надеемся, что вскоре пересечём границу“, — надеется перевозчик цветов Альгис.

Водитель Симас, направляющийся в Санкт-Петербург, проинформировал, что его коллега вчера стал в очередь в 12:00, а сегодня в 16:00 ему осталось около 1,5 км до границы. „Не думаю, что мне удастся пересечь границу быстрее. Буду есть и спать“, — утешает себя водитель.

„Кто-то здесь плохо работает, потому что очереди собрались как на въезде, так и на выезде из Литвы. А что нам ещё остаётся делать – ждём“, — говорит водитель Роландас.

Некоторые водители, стоящие в очереди, заснули, из-за чего между фурами образовались значительные промежутки – вероятно, водители солидарны – не лезут вперёд.

„Мало того, что приходиться больше суток стоять в очереди, ещё и виза закончилась. Поеду в пункт, может, удастся договориться о чём-нибудь“, — сказал не пожелавший представиться гражданин Беларуси.

Заспанный Ромуалдас, стоящий в 5 км от границы с Беларусью, говорит, что сам в интернете проверял, сколько тягачей стоит в очереди: „Вчера было 220 транспортных средств. Мы слышали, что белорусы прислали в каждую смену по 5 таможенников из Каменного Лога, чтобы быстрее работали. Но не помогает. Мы вчера стали в очередь около 1 часу ночи за деревней Слабада. Сейчас до границы осталось ещё 5 километров — не знаю, сколько придётся ждать. С обратной стороны очередь не меньше. Вчера звонил друг, сказал, что из Беларуси в Литву 14-километровая очередь практически не двигается“.

Пока что настроения на границе не радужные, водители утешают себя тем, что пропускной пункт Мядининкай будет открыт уже скоро — 23 августа в 7:00.
