Литовские полуприцепы ездят по различным уголкам мира, несмотря на погодные и дорожные условия. И даже будучи в Испании, Казахстане или Турции, можно увидеть тягач из Литвы. Обычно в глаза бросается литовское название фирмы или другие слова на тягаче или его полуприцепе. Но всё-таки именно государственные номера автомобиля в первую очередь позволяют идентифицировать, откуда приехало транспортное средство.

На прошлой неделе на форуме транспортной биржи cargo.lt разгорелась дискуссия, должны ли зарегистрированные в Литве транспортные средства платить за дороги в Беларуси. На этот вопрос перевозчикам отвечает директор департамента транспорта и гражданской авиации при Министерстве транспорта и сообщения Шарунас Баублис.

Движение грузовых тягачей по немецким магистралям становится всё более интенсивным. В первой половине этого года движение грузовиков общей массой более 12 т по платным дорогам Германии увеличилось на 5,7% или на 13,3 млрд. км по сравнению с этим же периодом в прошлом году.

В последнее время Бюро страхования транспортных средств (БСТТ) особо обеспокоено: всё чаще литовские перевозчики приобретают подделанные российские „зелёные карты“. Почти треть всех литовских тягачей, имеющих лицензии на перевозку грузов по международным маршрутам, не застрахованы обязательным страхованием социальной ответственности владельца ТС. Вероятно, что и перевозку международных грузов в Россию они выполняют с нелегальными „зелёными картами“.

Уже скоро перевозчики топлива в нестандартных баках могут быть неприятно удивлены. В Таможенном департаменте всерьёз заговорили о том, что при обнаружении не заводского топливного бака на таможне тягач должен быть отправлен на принудительный технический осмотр. Если во время техосмотра специалисты установят, что бак не соответствует требованиям производителя, то владелец транспортного средства может быть лишён лицензии на его эксплуатацию.

С 16 по 23 августа закрыт проход грузовых транспортных средств через пропускной пункт Мядининкай. Перевозчикам, двигающимся через Беларусь, приходится выбирать между пропускными пунктами в Шальчининкай и Лаворишкес. По их словам, крупных проблем из-за реконструкции пока не возникало, наблюдается лишь незначительное увеличение очередей.

Не прошло и полгода с тех пор, как владельцы автовозов радовались успехам в бизнесе и активной работе на Восточном рынке. Теперь ситуация кардинально изменилась. Грузопоток и тарифы на перевозки уменьшились не только из-за плохой экономической ситуации в Беларуси, но и из-за сезонности. Есть надежда, что процессы на рынке активизируются в конце года.
