Penktadienį įvyko Lietuvos nacionalinės vežėjų automobiliais asociacijos „Linava“ XXVI -asis kongresas. Prezidentu išrinktas Algimantas Kondrusevičius.

Mokslininkai: protekcionistiniai įstatymai prieštarauja ES vertybėms ir tikslams

Europoje ir toliau daugėja šalių, kurios įvedinėja minimalaus darbo užmokesčio įstatymus užsienio šalių vežėjams, dirbantiems jų teritorijoje. Vis tik Europos mokslininkų atlikto tyrimo rezultatai teigia, kad tai prieštarauja Europos Sąjungos principams ir esminiams dokumentams. Maža to, tokie įstatymai žalingi ir visai ES ekonomikai, o ypatingai šalims, kuriose transportas atlieka svarbų vaidmenį, tai yra ir Lietuvai.

Su opozicija susitvarkyta. Kas toliau?

Gruodžio 14 d. „Linavos“ prezidiumo posėdyje buvo nuspręsta pašalinti iš asociacijos UAB „Mečys“. Kaip į šitą žinią sureagavo vežėjai, gruodžio 15 d. susirinkę į pakartotinį kongresą? Kokias galima daryti išvadas apie „Linavoje“ vykstančius pokyčius, ir ko vežėjai gali tikėtis ateityje? „Linavos“ nario pašalinimas dėl asociacijos vardo diskreditavimo ir asociacijos orumo žeminimo – beprecedentinis atvejis per visą asociacijos gyvavimo istoriją. Tad nenuostabu, kad pakartotiniame kongrese šis klausimas sukėlė daugybę diskusijų.

„Lindra 2“: neatsakyti klausimai

„Linavos“ prezidentas Erlandas Mikėnas praėjusį rudenį viešai pranešė apie planus kurti asociacijos draudimo bendrovę, kurios tikslas – pagerinti komercinio transporto draudimo sąlygas. Vežėjai sutaria, kad dabartinės draudimo sąlygos yra nepagrįstai drakoniškos, tačiau kyla eilė paprastų klausimų: kaip naujoji bendrovė galėtų būti įsteigta ir kaip turėtų veikti?
