Nacionalinės asociacijos
Asociacijos LINAVA XXVI-asis kongresas nutarė sumažinti asociacijos kandidatams į narius perėjimo (stojimo) mokestį į tikruosius asociacijos narius. Jis siekia 2000 litų. Tuo pačiu nutarimu sulygintas kandidatų į asociacijos narius ir tikrųjų narių kasmetinis mokestis, kuris siekia 1600 litų, tačiau kandidatams jis įsigalios nuo 2015 m. Jis turi būti sumokamas iki kalendorinių metų balandžio 1 d.

Penktadienį įvyko Lietuvos nacionalinės vežėjų automobiliais asociacijos „Linava“ XXVI -asis kongresas. Prezidentu išrinktas Algimantas Kondrusevičius.

Šį penktadienį, gegužės 9 d. Vilniuje vyksiančiame Lietuvos nacionalinės vežėjų automobiliais asociacijos „Linava“ narių kongrese svečiuosis Tarptautinės kelių transporto Sąjungos IRU generalinis sekretorius Umberto de Pretto ir TIR sistemos vadovas Marekas Retelskis. Svečiai žada apžvelgti TIR sistemos perspektyvas Rusijoje ir kitose šalyse, aptarti vežėjų verslo aktualijas.

Praėjusią savaitę Lietuvos nacionalinės vežėjų automobiliais asociacijos “Linava” vadovai aptarti teisinių paslaugų teikimo vežėjams galimybių susitiko su Lenkijos teisinių paslaugų firmos JMRS valdančiaisiais partneriais Pavelu Smorenda ir Ana Valenčik-Smorenda.

Balandžio 29 d. posėdžiavęs Lietuvos nacionalinės vežėjų automobiliais asociacijos “Linava” prezidiumas vadovaudamasis įstatais, atsižvelgdamas į Tarptautinės autokelių sąjungos 2014 m. balandžio 11 d. raštą dėl TIR knygelių kainų struktūros pakeitimo ir naujų produktų įvedimo nuo 2014 m. gegužės 1 d. bei siekiant padidinti TIR sistemos konkurencingumą, asociacijos „Linava“ prezidiumas nutarė:

Lietuvos nacionalinės vežėjų automobiliais asociacijos “Linava” krovininio transporto tarybos posėdyje svarstytos pigesnių draudimo paslaugų mūsų šalies vežėjams pirkimo galimybės, kabotažo tvarka Europos Sąjungos šalyse, e-TIR ir elektroninių tranzito procedūrų taikymas vežėjų darbe bei asociacijos veiklos aktualijos.

Balandžio 23 -25 d. Maskvoje su darbiniu vizitu vieši Lietuvos nacionalinės vežėjų automobiliais asociacijos „Linava“ delegacija. Pirmąją vizito dieną asociacijos prezidentas Algimantas Kondrusevčius, prezidiumo narys Dainius Abramavičius, prezidento patarėjas Vidmantas Adomaitis ir asociacijos atstovybės Rusijoje vadovas Julius Salenekas dalyvavo Rusijos nacionalinės ekspeditorių asociacijos konferencijoje, susitiko su šios asociacijos vadovais.

Lietuvos Respublikos konkurencijos taryba nutarė nutraukti tyrimą dėl Lietuvos nacionalinės vežėjų automobiliais asociacijos „Linava“ veiksmų platinant TIR knygeles atitikties Lietuvos Respublikos konkurencijos įstatymo 7 straipsnio ir Sutarties dėl Europos Sąjungos veikimo 102 straipsnio reikalavimams.
