Informuojame, kad š.m. birželio 22 d. viešbučio “Karolina” konferencijų centre (Sausio 13-osios g. 2 Vilnius) įvyks asociacijos “LINAVA” XXII pakartotinis kongresas.

FIATA paskelbė š.m. spalio 16-21 dienomis Pasaulinį Kongresą organizuojanti Egipto sostinėje Kaire. Iš pradžių planuota Kongresą sušaukti rugsėjį, tačiau datą teko koreguoti dėl šalyje vykusių neramumų.

Po to, kai du Lietuvos nacionalinės vežėjų asociacijos „Linava“ nariai – UAB „Gepala“ vadovas Genius Mikalčius ir UAB „Solaris Baltic“ direktorius Marjan Mečkovskij – kreipėsi į teismą dėl rinkimų asociacijoje suspendavimo, „Linava“ ėmėsi atsakomųjų veiksmų – apskundė teismo sprendimą uždėti laikinąsias apsaugos priemones rinkiminiam kongresui. Kas dabar? Ar vis dėlto vežėjai birželio 22-ąją turės teisę balsuoti kongrese?

Po praėjusį penktadienį, gegužės 27 d., vykusio „Linavos“ XXII-ojo kongreso ne tik tarp vežėjų, bet ir Lietuvos žiniasklaidos priemonėse kilo aršių diskusijų – kas kaltas, kad rinkimai neįvyko – judėjimo „Už skaidrumą „Linavoje“ nariai ar patys asociacijos atstovai. Kol kas abi pusės – ir „Linavos“ vadovybė, ir iniciatyvinės grupės nariai linkę manyti, kad jie prie to neprisidėjo – kalti oponentai. O galbūt patys vežėjai, jau pavargę nuo daugiau kaip metus besitęsiančių rinkiminių batalijų, taip protestavo – kvorumas nesusirinko. Šioje nuomonių ir argumentų maišalynėje atsirinkti turi pats vežėjas, nes savų argumentų turi tiek viena, tiek kita pusė.

Birželio 2 d. vykusiame Nacionalinės vežėjų automobiliais asociacijos „Linava“ prezidiumo posėdyje svarstyta naujojo asociacijos Kongreso rengimo data. Pagal įstatus po praėjusio Kongreso, kuris buvo sušauktas gegužės 27 d., tačiau nesurinkus kvorumo neįvyko, ne vėliau kaip per 30 dienų turi būti rengiamas pakartotinis asociacijos „Linava“ narių Kongresas.

Ilgiau kaip metus lauktas Lietuvos vežėjų asociacijos XXII-asis rinkiminis kongresas neįvyko, mat į jį susirinko tik 310 vežėjų. Nesusidarius kvorumui, rinkti asociacijos prezidento ir prezidiumo narių vežėjai neturėjo teisės. Veltui prarasta 200 tūkst. litų. Per mėnesį bus paskelbtas kita rinkiminio kongreso data.

XXII "Linavos" rinkiminis kongresas dėl nepakankamo atvykusių narių skaičiaus neįvyko.

Rytoj, gegužės 27 d., vyks Lietuvos vežėjų asociacijos „Linava“ rinkiminis kongresas. Dėl asociacijos prezidento posto rungsis 4 kandidatai – dabartinis „Linavos“ vadovas Algimantas Kondrusevičius, UAB „Mečys“ direktorius Mečislovas Atroškevičius, UAB „Vedautos autotransportas“ vadovas Erlandas Mikėnas bei Stasio Mekšėno komercinės firmos direktorius Stasys Mekšėnas. Pasiteiravome vežėjų, kokiomis nuotaikomis jie gyvena prieš kongresą ir kokius rinkimų rezultatus regi.
